Within the mountains of Pennsylvania, you will find some of the most serene locations. Bushkill Falls in the Pocono Mountains is one of those locations. A hiker's challenge, a photographer's dream and an artist's challenge is found within these mountains.
Painting is a journey for me as is seeking a subject with my camera. Each blank canvas is a call to adventure. With the stroke of a brush, I embark upon a quest of self-discovery. It places me on the edge of being someone other than myself, being some place new and exciting, and often the journey leads me to places of profound inner peace. The composition, colors, texture, lighting � they all have impact on me, but when I paint and photograph, it�s so much more than just a visual experience. At some point I become lost in the moment.
