This acrylic bouquet of Poppies is actually painted on rolled canvas which I turned into a wall hanging after resurrecting my seamstress skills. The original measures 24x36 and hangs nicely from a Victorian rod. However, since I am not parting with the original, canvas prints or the image on anything else offered is quite attractive to those who love the flower and/or colors in the painting.

Painting is a journey for me as is seeking a subject with my camera. Each blank canvas is a call to adventure. With the stroke of a brush, I embark upon a quest of self-discovery. It places me on the edge of being someone other than myself, being some place new and exciting, and often the journey leads me to places of profound inner peace. The composition, colors, texture, lighting � they all have impact on me, but when I paint and photograph, it�s so much more than just a visual experience. At some point I become lost in the moment.
